First pic here is of the new restaurant Bryn and Mattrew just bought. Its located in prime spot in Windsor next to other thriving businesses and just across the street from Windsor city park where the cities outdoor summer concerts and farmer markets are held. This and the original Mirepoix will be where Chris and John will be working. Mirepoix French food is very rich, and very popular place to eat....even family friends have to make ahead reservations...days ahead..David is currently helping Mattrew's remolding by adding some refrigeration needs before they open,....hopefully by next month.
