Thankgiving in Bear Valley visiting David's sister Lori, her husband Charlie and 16 yr old daughter Ebbie. Lori's family live in a gated community that caters to horse lovers. Ebbie has 4 horses that she takes care of. One of them, Dakota, has cancer and sadly Lori said, will have to be put down in few months (pic of horse with head covering on). Most recent horse, Star Dancer, Ebbie rescued from horse shelter that would've put the horse down due to illness and being 300 lbs under weight. Ebbie has nursed this horse back and the love between them is very special. Ebbie dreams of entering the Equestrian Olympics with Star (an Arabian racer)....but for now this gated community offers them all their Equestrian needs: corals with jumps, covered corals to ride and train, 26,000 acres of Equestrian trails to ride with 3 lakes...just about everything you need for horses....We had a great time and it snowed the morning we left. We are also congrat Lori, for receiving her Doctorate degree in Psychiatry...her speciality is in childhood behaviors and disorders...
